This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted.

All Sales Policy
All artwork purchases are considered finale sale unless the item arrives damaged. I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within [3-7 days] of delivery.
To process your claim, please Include:
- Your order number
- Clear Photo of the damaged artwork
- Photo of the packaging
Once reviewed, I will offer:
- A Full refund
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The artwork arrived damaged
-The artwork was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10 business days].

Shipping Costs
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to my error or a damaged piece
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
